Cluster View

The cluster view provides a detailed view of the currently selected cluster.  Experiment names run along the top, and genes are listed on the right hand side.

Controls

Pixel Size

The size of each data point can be controled using the width and height controls

Pixel Padding

The thickness of the border between data points can be controled using the width and height controls

Gene Sorting

By Original: Sorts genes in order of appearance in the data file. By Pattern: Sorts genes in order of how well they match the average pattern of the cluster.  This places genes which have an expression pattern most representative of the near the top. By Descendents:  Sorts genes in order by descendent clusters. Cluster Genes:  Sorts genes by performing a hierarchical clustering on the current cluster. This puts the most correlated genes next to each other in the cluster view.
